Brunswick

This project involved the renovation of a classic 1970s double-story brick home in Brunswick, completed in 2019. The owners wanted to update the home to boost its value ahead of a sale but sought to retain the charm of the original facade. We refreshed the exterior subtly to maintain its character, while the interior underwent a full transformation, bringing it up to 2019 standards with sleek, modern features and finishes.

Over six months, we enhanced each space to balance functionality and contemporary style, adding elements like open-plan living areas, energy-efficient fittings, and updated bathrooms and kitchen. The result was a 30% increase in property value, exceeding the owners’ expectations and providing a product they were thrilled with.
